The Program

The graduate trainee program consists of a combination of on-the-job learning, executive mentoring and training which aim to prepare you for a life-changing career in the event and exhibition industry.

What are we looking for?

• University Degree holders in any disciplines with keen interest to kick start their career in the event and exhibition industry.
• A good team player – you like working in a team and enjoy teamwork.
• A born communicator – you can communicate well with people from different cultures and backgrounds. You understand Cantonese and have good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• A good time manager – you can work under pressure and can handle multiple timelines.
• A big passion for events & exhibition – you enjoy seeing the results of your hard work realized. And occasionally, you don’t mind working at odd hours of the week and in other cities/ countries.
