Position / Job Title: Groomer
Job Grade: (to be confirmed)
Business Unit: Client Services
Department: Client Services – Grooming

Job Purpose*

The position will be responsible for executing the day-to-day work of grooming efficiently and effectively, building lasting relationships with customers and providing quality grooming and care service to animals.

Roles & Responsibilities*

  • Provide grooming service to the animals and give advice to clients regarding the grooming needs of their animals.
  • Be responsible for the accounting, safeguarding and maintenance of grooming equipment.
  • Keep accurate records of appointments and transactions of grooming.
  • Advise owners on at-home care trips and best practices for their animals.
  • Maintain a clean workstation by sanitizing and sweeping before the arrival of every client and at the end of every work day

Qualification*

  • F.5 / DSE graduate with 1 year’s grooming experience.
  • Grooming license / certification holder (if have).

Requirements*

  • Command good spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Be responsible and can work under pressure.
  • A good team player with excellent communication and organization ability.
  • Demonstrate passion for animals. • Ability to work comfortably with animals, including anxious ones.
  • Willing to work in shift and different locations
