Group Account Director (Campaign)

Job Responsibility:

• Acts as focal point of campaign management for our key client and is required to synergize communication of key messages across teams and ensure effective communication between different teams.
• Provide strategic directions to client business with in-depth understanding of client business both internal dynamics and market dynamics;
• Work with senior stakeholders to plan, develop and manage digital and campaign strategies and directions across multiple accounts to meet and exceed the expectations of clients;
• Receive project briefs from client and work with digital teams to ensure good quality of deliverables and meet client’s expectation;
• Liaising with internal/ external parties for the architecture and strategic development of social media platforms;
• Provide consultative guidance on digital and best practices to team members to drive revenue and profit to achieve the company`s growth;
• Participate regular meetings with clients and lead presentations in partnership with senior stakeholders;
• Managing campaign content, customer analytics and reporting tools for clients;
• Monitoring the effectiveness and performance of the company as well as the activities/ campaigns;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management. 
   

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Business, Communications, Language or Journalism;
• 8-10 years relevant experience with solid experiences in integrated marketing or campaign management;
• Result-driven and with good business sense;
• Entrepreneurial and business mindset in supporting the senior stakeholders in driving revenue growth and company development;
• Good leadership skills, strong client management experiences, strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
• Good campaign management, analytical skills;
• Good knowledge in local social media platforms marketing;
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin, and English.
