Growth Executive (Account Servicing)

• Exciting A/C servicing role for F&B sector
• Promising BU to drive digital payment
• Work with energetic team members

What you’ll be doing? 

• Follow up with newly on-board for smooth operation and problem-solving
  
• Update existing merchants about new features
  
• Sign up cash vouchers, restaurant offers and revisit offers with existing merchants
  
• Identify and work with merchants for regular and thematic campaign collaboration
  
• Work closely with sales, marketing and operation teams
  

Who are they looking for? 

• Tertiary education or above
  
• 2 years’ experience in account servicing, tele-marketing or sales
  
• Pleasant personality, good manner, organized and detail-oriented
  
• Good command in English and Cantonese
  
• Immediate available is preferred
  

Working Hour:

5 Days work (9.00am - 6.00pm)
