Responsibilities:
- Handle visitors' registration and provide guided tour for guests
- Provide reception service and handle the meeting room reservation
- Handle incoming calls and greeting visitors
- General housekeeping of reception and meeting room
- Answer guest enquiries and handle complaints in a professional and polite manner
- Perform other clerical duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Holder of Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality Industry or Business Studies
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Willing to learn new registration applications
- Proactive, polite and able to work independently
- Work location: TKO
- Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
