Job Duties

  • Assist in daily operation to Human Resources Department such as monthly payroll preparation, attendance management, MPF administration, data input and records keeping duties
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job-ad posting, arrangement of interview, verification of candidate’s qualification, etc.
  • Assist HR related administrative duties

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or in Business disciplines
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • A team player, mature with good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and Chinese word processing
