HR & Admin Assistant/ Assistant Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for update and maintain the filing and HR systems.
• Assist in payroll administration, staff attendance and leave management.
• Assist in various HR activities such as recruitment day, internship program, onboarding or off boarding etc.
• Handle administrative duties such as courses enrollment, health and safety issues, various licenses/ permits application/ renewal etc.
• Involve in daily operations of HR & Admin duties.
• Support and participate in ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.
• 1 years of relevant working experience in HR & administrative work would be an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin.
• Self discipline, detail-minded, self starter and willing to take up additional responsibilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
