Responsibilities:
- Responsible recruitment activities of office staff and site staff including to prepare employment contracts and to arrange staff on-boarding.
- Responsible monthly payroll calculation, MPF, tax filing and leave calculation etc.
- Handle staff licenses, business licenses, ISO certificates and Motor Vehicle licenses renewal.
- Handle the overall administrative duties, including but not limited to office management, insurance/service agreement renewal, equipment maintenance and any other ad hoc projects.
- Updating company website content and handle IT-related administrative support.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or business-related discipline.
- Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Salary Tax Ordinance, and other related regulations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with problem-solving ability.
- Fresh graduates will also be welcomed
工作時間:
星期一至五:上午9時至下午6時, 及
星期六:上午9時至下午1時(星期六為長短週)
