Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain employee records, including payroll, MPF, leave, and attendance data.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide day-to-day HR support and assist in compliance with labor legislation.
- Assist the administration team with assigned tasks to streamline operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
