職位描述

Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of office administrative operations and functions, including but not limited to office, equipment procurement and maintenance;
  • Manage HR system and filing system with up-to-date staff data;
  • Responsible for recruitment including job posting, arrange interview, on-board arrangement and staff orientation;
  • Assist in payroll calculation, leave records and attendance records;
  • Coordinate and execute various employee engagement, employee relations programs and activities;
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience;
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Labour Law;
  • Detail-minded, proactive and energetic team player with self- motivation and positive working attitude;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
