Job Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma in HR or Business Administration
- 4 years or above experience in HR & administration support
- Solid experience in handling license and contract renewal
- Prior exposure in handling payroll calculation is highly preferred
- Self-motivated, energetic, attention to details with cheerful personality
- Well-versed in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP
- Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Provide general office administration support including office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance arrangement and contract & license renewal
- Coordinate with internal parties and external vendors on the daily smooth operations
- Perform HR activities such as recruitment, payroll calculation and attendance management
- Support on organizing company functions & employee activities and ad hoc duties as assigned
