職位描述

You will be responsible for: 

  • Provide all rounded HR shared services and handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll issues
  • Manage the training programs for apprentices and trainees
  • Assist with training administration, including updating training records, coordinating logistics, and processing expense claims
  • Deliver training sessions, including orientation and classroom training
  • Update and maintain employment records in HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Work closely with line managers to provide proactive support in workflow processes
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and participating in various HR-related projects as assigned

 

 

We expect you to have: -

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business related disciplines
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in HR generalist roles or HR services is preferred
  • Familiarity with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Good interpersonal skills, detail-minded and customer service oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable
