As an HR Assistant/Officer, you will be supporting HR-related duties and other administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for you to learn and to be a part of a rapidly growing company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Maintain/update employee records accurately and effectively
  • Welcoming new employees to the company by conducting orientation
  • Assist with leave management, on and off boarding operations, training logistic, and internal HR projects etc.
  • Assist with employment visa application and record management
  • Assist in preparing official documents and provide administrative support to HR Department
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Perform other assigned duties and ad hoc projects

MUST HAVE
 

  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher in related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in sizeable companies
  • Proficiency in productivity software / application such as MS Office & Google Workplace
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good team player with a positive attitude and eager to learn and grow
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

NICE TO HAVE

  • Knowledge about Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Taxation Law, MPF and other related ordinance;
  • Strong software and new technology awareness
  • Immediate Availability
