Duties:
- Input job boards, social media, job, candidate systems, etc.
- Check reference letters/certificates, validate timesheets, prepare employment contracts, payroll and MPF;
- Administer group medical, employees' compensation insurance, etc.
- Assist in performance appraisal, prepare reference letters and other documentation;
- Responsible for handling reception duties including incoming call handling, mail and courier management.
Requirements:
- Associate degree/Higher Diploma or above;
- One year's work experience; less experienced candidates or fresh graduates with good character may also be considered;
- English and Chinese data-entry ability.
