Job Duties:
- Provide HR all-rounded generalist support to assigned division
- Handle full cycle of talent acquisition including job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on/off-boarding
- Handle all aspects of payroll administration including payroll calculation, final payment, leave management, employee compensation and MPF administration etc.
- Work closely with the line managers in C&B issues, employee communications, compensation planning, performance management and other HR projects
- Maintain employee data in HRIS and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
- Ensure HR practice complies with local regulations
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of solid payroll experience in sizeable company
- Well versed with common HR practices and Sound knowledge of employment ordinances
- Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, well-organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
