Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, payroll processing, MPF/ORSO, taxation, employee benefits etc.
• Participate in full cycle of recruitment and selection process from preparing job description, screening, interviewing to on-boarding / off-boarding of candidates
• Handle HR exercises such as performance management, annual review, insurance review, bonus, budget and commission / incentive programs
• Prepare salary data analysis and regular HR report for management’s review
• Communicate closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform ad-hoc analytical reports, assignments and projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 - 5 years’ relevant hands-on experience, preferably from retail industry
• Well versed with HK employment ordinance and related legislation
• Strong sense of numeracy, with detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Excel, knowledge in using HRIS is an advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
