Job Description
- IT service desk and BAU Support: provide 1st level support on users’ desktop, M365, TeamsPhone and 2nd level IT support in Windows, A.D., NAS, VMware, etc
- M365, Intune, Windows & Linux Servers, AWS, NAS, Veeam/Backup system Administration
- Deploy & Implement ITSM Solution
- ITSM: Incident and Problem Management, Patch Management, configuration management, Backup Management
- IT documentation management: Create, review, maintain and update documentation including fixes in central knowledge base
- Participate in on-call responsibilities, support ad-hoc IT duties and standby duty is required
- Any other ad hoc projects assigned by management
Requirement
- Degree holder in computer-related discipline, with minimum 4-8 years plus working experience
- Systems administration background (Desktop and Server Windows, AWS Cloud)
- Experience in IT helpdesk/service-desk to provide IT support users globally;
- Familiar with Exchange Online/M365, SharePoint Online, MS Active Directory, DNS, etc
- Familiar with ITSM/ITIL: Incident management, Problem management, Patch management, Release management
- Experience in Sharepoint Online, MDM(Intune), PowerShell
- Experience in PowerAutomate/UIPath is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good team player with proactive manner and strong sense of responsibility
- Working experience in State-owned Enterprise is added advantage
