In-house I.T. Support / Helpdesk Support Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on user support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PC hardware and software for internal parties / colleagues
• Manage network infrastructure, ensuring smooth connectivity and security across locations
• Support business applications, overseeing email and internal systems to maximize efficiency
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs with project management skill
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Essential Qualities

• High diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system engineering or administration focusing in servers (e.g., AD, VMware, Hyper-V), cloud-based application (e.g., Google service, M365, CRM), virtualization and operating systems (e.g., Windows, Mac)
• Experience in server hardware and configuration, in voice or SIP solution support is a plus
• General knowledge in networking concepts and protocols
• High integrity, pro-active, independent and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with a positive can-do attitude
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
