Information Technology Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT application support to end users
• Monitor service provision of IT solutions on a daily basis and resolve problems when required
• Assist in IT systems implementation and provide necessary support
• Develop minor application programs / scripts to support operations
• Communicate with users for requiremnets gathering and analysis
• Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Information Technology Officer) assigned by supervisor(s)

Job Requirements

• Holder of a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines is an advantage
• At least 2 years’ relevant IT experience, preferably in Hospital / Healthcare related industry or a sizable organisation (Degree holder with less experience will also be considered)
• Experience in IT systems implementation and End-user support is essential
• Self-motivated, willing to learn & able to work under pressure
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Compensation and Employment Terms

Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement
