職位描述

Responsibilities:

• Management of Service Contracts (Maintenance & Subscription) in our ERP system (Oracle).
• Be the expert of data integrity for our CRM tool Salesforce.com.
• Providing a customer service Internally and Externally.
• Create, Maintain and Execute quotes of support contracts to ensure consistency of customer retention.
• Provide support to the Inside Sales team related to maintenance/support contract renewals.
• Be the interface from a renewals perspective and maintain good, regular contact with sales teams.
• Be involved with any systems development and testing as related to renewals team.
• Deploy & execute best business practices.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma in Business or equivalent work experience

Experience: 
• Sales support experience representing a high technology product or service.
• Experience in managing the administrative component of a sale from lead to invoicing through the use of CRM and/or ERP systems, experience in using Salesforce.com and/or Oracle systems preferred.

• Fresh graduates are welcomed

Skills:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and proficient in speaking Cantonese
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter/Ability to work independently while managing distractions to maximize productivity with minimal supervision
• Ability to collaborate and work as a contributing member of a team
• Strong math and computer skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP applications (Salesforce.com & Oracle preferred)
