What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead IT operations to ensure seamless service delivery and system efficiency across the organization.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle—from planning and development to deployment and optimization.
• Manage and execute application development projects, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
• Actively contribute to coding, debugging, and system architecture design, leveraging full-stack development expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, and business leaders, to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability, implementing best practices for system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a seamless digital experience for internal and external users.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and efficiency in IT solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring successful partnerships and high-quality project execution.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✔️ 8+ years of experience in project management and software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
✔️ Proven expertise in full-stack development, including both frontend and backend technologies.
✔️ Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
✔️ Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
✔️ Experience in database management, API development, and system integrations.
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔️ Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
✔️ Certification in Project Management or Agile methodologies (Scrum, PMP) is a plus.
✔️ Experience in healthcare technology is a bonus, but not required.
