IT Assistant/ Assistant IT Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day PC hardware and software support, including hardware and software installation, support and problem diagnosis;
• Monitor the IT system and network health status;
• Assist in the company's website back-end support, troubleshooting and data updates;
• Assist in maintaining comprehensive system documentation, including system configuration, administration guides, troubleshooting guides, IT inventory and other relevant documentation as needed;
• Assist to provide computer operation instructions, guidelines, recommendations, training and support to users;
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services;
• Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support role;
• Knowledge of computer hardware (e.g. IP camera, printer, scanner, etc.);
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS, Office 365;
• Basic knowledge in VPN, TCP/IP networking, Cabling;
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS3, WordPress and JavaScript;
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Immediately available is highly preferable;
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
