IT Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our ERP system projects and handle in-house small development tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a business-focused mindset, and a proactive attitude to contribute to the success of our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for ERP system implementation, maintenance, and optimization.
• Perform in-house development tasks to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
• Develop and maintain reports using tools like Crystal Reports (preferred).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the trading industry.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and willing-to-learn attitude.
• Working knowledge of MS SQL programming.
• Experience in Microsoft .NET framework programming (C# / VB.NET).
• Experience with Crystal Reports is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
