Job Duties:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and other related computer services
- Perform monitoring of IT equipment status
- Perform management of hardware and software inventory
- Coordinate with level 2 support team and vendors to resolve the technical issue
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Prior experience in deskside / helpdesk support will be an advantage
- Willing to learn and work as a team
- On the job training and job rotation will be provided
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
