Job Description

Responsibilities

• Oversee HK and oversea office IT teams for daily operation support and tasks;
• Provide IT infrastructure, security control, back-up, disaster recovery and application systems support;
• Provide system implementation support together with vendors;
• Manage and implement IT projects, including the plans, costs and resources;
• Conduct growth analysis and capacity planning, and develops capital and operating budget proposals;
• Develop and set up information technology strategies, policies, and procedures to all areas including hardware, software, communications and information services;
• Provide technical supports on Windows/Exchange Server/SQL Server/Linux;
• Provide Networking maintenance and set up;
• Provide training and advanced assistance on a wide-range of IT systems and applications;
• Prepare documentations such as flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes;
• Provide IT policies and procedure maintenance.

Requirement

• Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of IT project management experience;
• Experience of leading / implementing global or regional IT projects such as ERP, CRM, digital, mobility or IT solutions (software, hardware and infrastructure) through on-premise or Cloud architecture;
• Knowledge of Cloud platform with experience in major areas like compute, storage, backup & recovery, etc;
• Strong leadership, communications, and team supervisory skill to lead the team for project implementation, the experience of tutorial training is a plus;
• Good troubleshooting / analytical skills, responsible, resourceful, self-motivated, proactive, good teamwork skills and positive “can do” attitude;
• Eager to propose new ideas, pragmatic, solution-driven approach;
• Knowledge in implementing D365 and Power BI is a plus;
• Knowledge in programming and system development familiar with program languages such as Java, CSS/HTML, Javascript is a plus;
• Good command of English and Mandarin.
