IT Security Specialist

Job Description

• Review, Design and build Company’s IT Security policy, standard, process, tools and framework.
• Cyber-Security operation, monitoring and incident response.
• Cyber-Security related problem management, patch management and change management process.
• Assist to plan, design and implement appropriate Cyber-Security solutions to defend cyber-attack and intrusion, lower IT risk.
• Continue improvements to optimize company cyber security.
• Co-ordinate with Infra team, Development team, data team to review security design and operation.
• Firewall and Security monitoring system administration and operation.
• Promote IT security awareness and apply IT security best practice.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and formulate security enhancement recommendations.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, such as policies, procedures, and guidelines, and conduct cybersecurity training for users.
• Enhance system, network infrastructure and application for implementation of cyber security initiatives, e.g. SIEM, DLP, PAM, etc.
• Project Management for IT Security projects

Requirement

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5-8 years+ experience or above, Minimum 2 years in cybersecurity area.
• Solid experience in FortiGate Firewall, CISCO networking, Anti-virus/Anti-malware solution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills including RCA (root-cause analysis)
• Hands on Experience in Windows, Linux, VM, MySQL, M365 admin and AWS Cloud.
• Familiar with ITIL/ITSM processes
• Security certification:  CISSP/CISA/CISM and AWS Certified Security are preferred.
• Network Certification:  CCNA/CCNP/CCIE are preferred.
• Knowledge in Cyber-Security of Maritime Security such as IMO is a plus

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin.
