Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct technical support to end-users for payment services integration
- Handle end-users inquiries and assist to solve payment services related technical problems
- Perform system testing, problem analysis and training to other technical support personnel
- Assist in preparing technical documents and training material
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- 1-2 years solid experience in users or technical support
- Good team player, self-motivated and can work independently
- Good analytical, conceptual and communication skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
