IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide site technical installation, configuration, and troubleshooting on IT hardware and software
• Responsible for different system platform administration
• Assist in office facilities / equiment maintenance
• Coordinate and communicate with IT-related service providers
• 5-day Work, including Saturdays

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in IT, Engineering or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience in system administration / IT support / IT Infrastructure
• Sound knowledge of Networking, Windows servers, switches and firewalls
• Basic knowledge of programming skills
• holder of MCSE / CCNA or related certificate is a plus
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
