Job Description:
• Provide helpdesk support for Win11 and Microsoft Office.
• Setup and support printer.
• Diagnostic and coordinate for IT hardware and applications issues.
• Provide video conference and meeting support.
• Perform daily preventive health check for office IT facilities.
• Log and update IT service tickets.

Requirement:
• Diploma or above in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines.
• 1-3 year end user IT support experience .
• Experience in supporting Microsoft product like Office365, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.
• Basic knowledge of networking and low volt.
• CCNA is preferred
• Good communication skills are a must.
• Basic English and Mandarin communication are required
