IT Support – Night Shift (Ref: 09851-ITSUN-JDB)

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Infrastructure team under IT Department.

Responsibilities

• Night-shift roster between 9pm - 8am
• Require working in HK public holiday
• Conduct daily systems operations, including batch job processing and data backup tasks
• Resolve system issues by following standard procedures
• Escalate issues to 2nd level support and management when appropriate
• Keep monitoring on data center networks, systems, and server room facilities
• Work with vendor in problem reporting and fixing
• Provide helpdesk service and PC support to users
• System documentation & other ad hoc support duties

Requirements

• Diploma or above in computer science or related discipline
• With 2 years or above experience in night-shift computer operations support, system administration, data network operation is preferred
• Good knowledge in Linux, Windows, TCPIP and Structure Cabling, Phone system
• Self-discipline, independent and able to work under pressure
• Experience in financial industry is an advantage
• Good command of written English and good command of spoken English and Putonghua
