Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st & 2nd tier IT services desk support, including diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Support Canon offices in Hong Kong and offer remote / on-site technical support to Canon Macau & Shenzhen offices when necessary.
  • Follow company procedures to assist with daily network and system administration tasks, such as computer and equipment inventory management, documentation, and tracking issues.
  • Ensure the security and smooth operation of all IT equipment and applications.
  • Working schedule: 5 days per week, Monday – Friday.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in IT/Helpdesk support; fresh graduates with passion and willingness to learn are also welcome.
  • Qualifications of CompTIA A+ and MCP are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Willingness to travel to Macau & Shenzhen offices if necessary.
