Responsibilities
- Provide L1 - L2 Support remotely and troubleshooting to end-users dealing with PC device related problems
- Answer and respond to calls, emails and online chat
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Adhoc onsite visit for client office for troubleshoot cannot be done remotely
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Studies or related disciplines
- Fresh Graduate Welcome
- 1 year or above of experience in IT is an advantage
- Good command of communication in English is advantage
