Japanese Speaking Sales Executive /Assistant Sales Manger

Job Description:

• Maintain good relationship with customers.

• Follow up order, quotation, delivery control

• Handle daily sales tasks like orders, invoicing, and deliveries.

• Liaise with HQ, supplier and customers about delivery , production, lead time and quality issues.

• PSI management, stock control.

• Preparing sales reports in Japanese and consolidating data

• Business trips  (China, Thailand, Vietnam etc.)is required

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder with over 1-5 years of sales experience in electronic material related industry
• Good command of spoken & written Japanese (N2 or above), English and Mandarin
• Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Japanese Word Processing)
• Good analytical and communication skills,  Self-motivated, well organized & responsible.
• Stable working history preferred
