Job Responsibilities
- Closely follow up and monitor jobs callout to the company's resources.
- Track and provide support to our resources in order to achieve the KPI set on their Response and Repair Time and Closed Down jobs.
- Provide front line telephone support to contractors, stores and other team members as part of a team.
- Analyse data and report on resources performance when requested.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service role – collection and recovery, help desk or customer service.
- With experience in retail/customer service, asset management, management or collection and recovery.
- Previous work experience in a facilities or engineering management environment or banking or financial institution is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Intermediate level of computer literacy and Microsoft Office is essential.
- Experience in preparing Excel Report is preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese).
