RCHK is looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure all school systems operate as per the school’s requirements and manufacturer's specifications.
Main Accountabilities
- To carry out routine checks, minor repairs, and maintenance on all school systems, including gardening, joinery, tiling, painting, basic engineering, and builder’s works
- To assist with moving furniture, equipment, and other items
- To be responsible for carrying out daily work orders
- To liaise with and supervise external contractors on builder’s and repair work arranged by the school and ESF office on-site
- To help monitor the storage of tools, furniture, and site equipment
Requirements
- Fluency in Cantonese
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Form 5 or above
- Plumber’s Licence (preferable)
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) (preferable)
- Proactive and positive working attitude, result-oriented
- Attention to detail
- Creative and imaginative thinker, problem solver, flexible, adaptable, capable of considering different perspectives
- Able to multitask & work under pressure
