Job Description

We are seeking energetic individuals to work alongside us in the dynamic FreightTech and FinTech industries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts.
• Implement effective negotiation and sales strategies to discuss pricing and solutions with customers, ensuring follow-up services.
• Conduct regular business reviews using internal analytics and market intelligence to gain customer insights and uncover new service improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and update client profiles, including contracts, rate files, contact lists, SOPs, and operating manuals.
• Collaborate with management to lead a team in executing the company's commercial strategy.
• Understand customers’ businesses and industries through regular communication, applying that knowledge to identify new opportunities.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account service, key account management, or within the freight, relocation, and logistics industries, including some supervisory experience.
• Sales-oriented with strong account management skills; patient and proactive in building customer relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Location : InnoCentre, Kowloon Tong (3 min-walk from Kowloon Tong MTR station)
