We’re expanding our team in our newly established Hong Kong office to support our growing customer base. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive our sales efforts. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach strategies, engage potential clients, and set up meetings, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified leads for further engagement.

Objectives and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct online research to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities. Utilize various channels, including social media and online databases, to gather information.
- Data Collection: Collect and maintain accurate data. Ensure all information is organized and up-to-date.
- Email Outreach: Learn and utilize email blast tools to send targeted emails to prospects. Assist in crafting effective outreach messages to engage potential customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and relevant information for follow-up.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in data collection or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and marketing technology platforms.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Available to work at least 2-3 days per week

Qualifications and Skillsets:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of business development experience, preferably in IT/ Customer Data/ Marketing sectors
- Technological: Experience working with software such as marketing and CRM platforms, and willingness to learn new ones.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information.
