We are a leading leasing and building management company located in Wanchai and now seeking for a high caliber candidate to expand our business.

Leasing Manager

 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating and implementing leasing plan & strategies to achieve business targets.
• Supervise the leasing team to implement leasing plan and strategies for residential, office and retail portfolio.
• Liaise with the agencies & potential brands.
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports.
• Coordinate with the project & property management teams to ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction with our services
• Prepare rental forecast & budget and negotiate leases.
• Provide periodical reporting and presentation to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years’ leasing experience gained with sizable property developers, of which at least 4 years in managerial level.
• Independent, self-motivated, target-oriented, deadline-conscious.
• Strong legislative experience/knowledge in real estate.
• High work commitment, responsible and good communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese.  Spoken of  Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint with Chinese word processing.
