Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for leasing and property management services of the Group’s commercial, retail & industrial property portfolio in Hong Kong including leasing enquiry, co-ordination of takeover and handover of premises, new tenancy liaison and renewal negotiation, meetings of owners cooperation, follow up with related parties on property management, asset enhancement projects and ad hoc duties
- Prepare leasing-status reports, rent-roll reports, conduct market research on rental value of Group’s properties and handle property valuations
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with all major leasing agencies and relevant service providers in the market
- Liaise with solicitors and Government departments (RVD, Stamp Duty Office etc) on legal issues and preparing offer letters, tenancy agreements and related documents
- Act as in-house property liaison between all subsidiaries of the Group in sourcing suitable retail shops and office premises for lease as and when required
- To assist in setting budgets, forecast on rental income and fitting out expenses
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in business or property-related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in property leasing and tenancy administration, preferably gained from property developer / property agency with at least 4 years managerial experience
- Familiar with leasing procedures and relevant legal documentation
- Conversant with Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance and other relevant statutory requirements
- Pleasant character with excellent communications, negotiations and presentation skills
- Energetic, proactive with strong market sense
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
* Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
