Logistics and warehouse Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations, such as goods receiving, order picking, loading, transportation, putaway, labelling, packing, posting, stocktaking, and customs declaration.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure timely delivery to retail stores.
• Monitor and follow up on overseas logistics and arrival status, promptly informing relevant departments.
• Handle various reports and documentation, such as inventory, product movements, expired goods, and damaged items.
• Ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

What we look for?

• HKCEE or HKDSE or equivalent qualifications
• At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations and with Retail, FMCG or eCommerce logistics industry is definitely an advantage
• Preference for Candidates with Driving License
• Competency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Experience in ERP is a plus.
