Logistics Officer

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Handling full set import & export shipping documents as well as tradelink declaration and applying for Import license & permit
• Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to arrange shipments
• Follow up sales orders, handle online order enquiries and arrange delivery schedule and logistics operations.
• Manage routine stock take to ensure inventory accuracy
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned and administrative work to Supply Chain Team

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping & logistics operation
• Proficient in ERP system operations; candidate familiar with the Youyou system is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the Wine & Spirits industry is an advantage
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Office, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
