Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal and external parties on order management
- Gather and report principal operational KPIs set in service level agreements
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform inventory projection and highlight risks and opportunities
- Participate in stock take periodically, including report adjustments, reconciliation, and inventory variance analysis
- Any other operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above with 2-3 years experiences in inventory planning/management, purchasing, sales administration/coordination, customer service.
- Industries in FMCG, Pharmaceutical or distribution are preferable.
- Good understanding of inventory control best practices
- Develop the understanding of principal’s industry/business/products
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Solid experienced with ERP system such as SAP (or equivalent) is highly preferable
