What you’ll be doing?

• Oversee daily fleet activities to ensure timely delivery services and efficient operations
• Supervise and lead a team of external vendors, in-house drivers, and delivery personnel to provide high-quality delivery services
• Plan, review, adjust and optimize delivery route operation
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
• Identify cost drivers, implement business controls, and provide solutions to reduce operational costs and increase revenue
• Create and review SOP, Work Instructions, and quality control measures to meet high standards for logistics operations 
• Provide specialized fleet technical advice and solutions under regular review of fleet operation needs
• Ensure strict servicing and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies

What are we looking for?

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in fleet operation, with at least 1 year at the supervisory level is preferred
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of warehouse, distribution, and transportation 
• Demonstrate a strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Holder of a valid driving license of Class 1 & 2, or with Class 18 will be an advantage 
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized, willing to work under pressure
