Logistics Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In charge the daily operation of logistics activities related to warehousing and transportation team
• Coordinate with respective departments and subcontractors for high quality on-time delivery services
• Handle documentation, invoice processing and other administrative duties
• Prepare various reports for regular operation review
• Participate in ad-hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management 
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in inventory or logistics field, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industry
• Hands-on experience in Hong Kong and Shenzhen cross-border trucking arrangement
• Experience in ERP system is an advantage
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Willing to accept new challenges, result-oriented and able to handle multi-tasks independently
