Maketing Manager / Marketing Executive

Marketing Manager / Marketing ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:

- Develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms to create brand awareness and enhance social media presence for the brands.

- To convert sales on brand’s official website, build social presence and garner brand exposure.

- Manage all digital marketing channel on company Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, and others Chinese social media platform like抖音/大众点评 (official account and second account).

- Manage and update company websites and e-shop. Plan and implementation of SEO technical and on-page optimizations.

- Monitor current market conditions as well as competitors' information to improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

- Initiate content creation and copywriting in management of social media calendar.

- Coordinating with marketing team and operation/CS team on all marketing communications development, ensuring all promotions are planned and executed on schedule.

- Liaise with digital marketing agency to implement & optimize online advertisements through Meta/Google/Programmatic platform and etc to drive leads.

- Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.

- Manage and monitor the day-to-day performance of social and online marketing platforms.

- Assist in ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in the relevant field.
• Experience in digital marketing platform such digital media, social media platform.
• Familiar with advertising formats and campaign setups on Google Ads, GA, Meta Business, Xiao Hong Shu for Business and Programmatic platform is a MUST.
