Manager, Content and Digital Marketing

The Position

• Lead and formulate multiple levels of campaigns including Brand, Mega Events and always-on social content, by collaborating with cross-functional teams, HKSTP park companies, media partners and external agencies
• Develop and execute multi-platform digital content and media plan to engage global and local audiences through social activation ideas and innovation stories
• Work with the Digital and Data Analysis team to analyze campaigns' and channels' performance, integrate best practices and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions
• Serve as a copy editor for digital asset like web, social media and eDM
• Perform any special project assignment as required

The Candidate

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Languages or equivalent;
• Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing preferably with a proven track record in digital marketing and content creation
• Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
• A creative storyteller that creates engaging and persuasive content
• An effective communicator with strong project management skills and high proficiency in written English and Chinese
• Experience in performance-driven marketing, with the ability to optimize campaigns based on analytics
• Self-motivated, dynamic, independent, multi-tasking and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing best practices
