Work you'll do
- Operation Excellence in Hong Kong. Taking ownership to drive operation effectiveness by lead and coordinate key functions, especially on staffing and resource management, HR, QA/PC, QRM, FAAG and PAU, aiming to
- Develop and deploy a comprehensive reporting mechanism to enable business leaders to make effective and timely decision
- Enable and streamline business processes, especially back office processes, to best support business growth
- Identify key operation issues and opportunities to further drive excellence
- Working with business leaders to drive key business performance indicators (NSR, UT%, RR%, HC, Cost and Profitability, with deep understanding of business nature and analytical mindset and “push the right button on the complex machine”
- Support Hong Kong business leader on strategy deployment, including annual strategy articulation and deployment of strategic initiatives
- Support business planning of the P&Ls in Hong Kong, connecting with business strategy and operational statistics
- Support business governance of Hong Kong, by running the governance meeting and generating reports for Hong Kong and National leaders
- Deploy Deloitte standard and value system in Hong Kong, across Partners/Directors and all ECS/ICS practitioners, by making right decisions and suggestions at critical steps along the process
We are looking for someone with
To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:
- Bachelor degree with around 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or professional services companies
- Strong communication, and excellent oral and writing skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- A proven track record of working effectively and building strong relationships with different levels
- Strong organizational skills with solid project management and project delivery experience
- Good business knowledge and very committed with a high level of drive, initiative and enthusiasm
- Ability to work with a team and to motivate others
