Manager, Incubation

The Position

• Act as the account manager for assigned incubatees, analyzing and understanding their business needs to formulate an account support plan
• Conduct detailed evaluations of startup applications, assessing their business models, potential, and alignment with incubator objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with startups and stakeholders
• Connect with and manage external support resources (e.g., co-incubation partners, business partners, mentors) relevant to the target incubatees' growth needs
• Monitor the progress and performance of resident startups, providing guidance as needed
• Solicit feedback from incubatees on service support and report to management for continuous improvement and new services development
• Perform any other duties as assigned

The Candidate

• A bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science / Information & Communication Technology / Business Administration or related disciplines
• 8 years of work experience, preferably in the tech-related industry with exposure in product management, supply chain management, operations, or startup ecosystem
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong's innovation and technology development, including both local and global startup ecosystems across various industry verticals
• A proactive team player with a keen interest in supporting entrepreneurship and fostering innovation within the startup landscape
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in verbal communication, superior writing and presentation
• Proficient in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
