Manager of IT and Digitization

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable IT solutions.

2. IT Operations

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Oversee system administration, including user provisioning, access control, and system upgrades.
• Ensure the security and reliability of IT systems and data.
• Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.

3. Cybersecurity

• Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy to protect the organization's sensitive information.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Respond to security incidents promptly and effectively.

4. Project Management:

• Manage IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

5.  Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop IT talent.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with budget management and financial planning.
• Familiarity with relevant security standards and regulations.
