Manager / Senior Manager - Sales (EU Market)

The job:

• Develop sales and marketing strategies and plans for expanding and developing Denim business in the European Market
• Manage new customer accounts to ensure sustainable business growth and business targets are met
• Build intimate relationships with designated customer accounts
• Manage sales function, product development, merchandising and production progress
• Negotiate with customers on price & samples requirements
• Develop business partnership with vendors for better service standard
• Research market intelligence to stay abreast of market trends

The person:

• Degree / Diploma holder in relevant disciplines
• 10 years experience in customer management in garment industry
• Proven track record in developing new EU customers
• Experienced in product development and material sourcing
• Must Familiar with denim products for EU market
• A team player with strong negotiation & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Extensive travel to PRC (3 days/week) and overseas is required

Those with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager
